Either Oct 25th or last month, an electronic copy of your receipt(s) were emailed to you.  Parents of the Junior members should read the next section.

While filling out your 2014 taxes, please remember that the fitness tax credit applies for the Juniors.  According to the CRA website, "You can claim to a maximum of $1,000 per child the fees paid in 2014 relating to the cost of registration or membership for your or your spouse's or common-law partner's child in a prescribed program of physical activity."  Eligibility includes the child be under 16 years old at the beginning of the year in which an eligible fitness expense was paid.  Both the HTBC basic program and coaching programs qualify as a prescribed program: ongoing; supervised; suitable for children; and, requires significant physical activity.  The fitness tax credit can be found on line 365 of the Federal Tax Schedule 1 form.  The supporting documentation is the PDF file sent to you by email.  If you have any questions, we will try our best to help.
